Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai, in accordance with applicable legislation.
Cancellation, Refund, and Withdrawal Policy
In accordance with consumer protection regulations within the European Union and Spain, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of contracting, without the need to provide any justification.
However, by purchasing our digital programs, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that:
1. Access to the program is granted immediately after payment confirmation.
2. Once the service has begun or the digital content has been accessed, the customer waives the 14-day withdrawal right in accordance with Article 103.m of Law 3/2014 on Consumers and Users.
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
• Duplicate or incorrect charges.
• Technical errors attributable to the company that prevent access to the service.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@yasmineleon.com.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the same payment method originally used by the customer.
